What is included
An end of lease clean is judged by someone looking for a reason to hold your bond, so it is cleaned to the list, not to the eye. Taylan's crew works from the same checklist on every vacate and pre-sale clean, a team leader checks it before the keys go back, and if the agent finds something we missed, we come back and fix it.
- Kitchen Oven, rangehood, cooktop, inside and outside of cupboards and drawers, benches and splashback.
- Bathrooms and laundry Showers, screens, tiles, grout, toilets, basins, mirrors and exhaust fans.
- Walls, skirting and doors Marks removed, skirting, frames, switches and handles wiped.
- Windows and tracks Glass inside and out, frames, sills and tracks brushed out.
- Floors Carpets vacuumed, hard floors mopped, edges and corners.
- Outside Balconies, decks, and pressure cleaning or yard tidying if the lease asks for it.
