We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, suburb, phone number, email address, a description of the work and any preferred date. If you become a customer we also keep the details needed to do the job and to invoice you, such as the address of the property and access arrangements. For NDIS participants we may need details to confirm eligibility for funded cleaning; these are kept confidential.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the work, and manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing you have not agreed to.

Who we share it with

Your information is seen by our staff and, where needed to run the business, by the providers who support us: our website host, email provider and IT and web support. Each is bound to handle it securely. We do not otherwise disclose it unless the law requires it.

Website data

Quote requests sent through this website are stored on our website server and emailed to us. Our web host and content delivery provider may record technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and performance. This site does not use advertising cookies.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected] or calling 0423 892 076. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
